If you are encountering difficulty signing onto the Client Centre, please review the following before contacting us.

 Are you using the correct password?

Please note password is case sensitive. If your password is incorrect, please check your password and re-enter. If you have forgotten your password please contact the Client Centre Helpdesk on 020 3134 3808 Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (GMT).

 Are you using the correct User ID?

Your User ID was issued to you when you applied for access to the Client Centre. This is a new User ID and should not be confused with any previous User IDs used to access Gerrard systems, such as Gerrard Portfolio.

Please check that you have the correct User ID. If not you should contact the Client Centre Helpdesk and your User ID will be sent to you by post.

 Is your User ID Disabled?

If an incorrect password has been entered 5 times, your User ID will be disabled. You will need to contact the contact the Client Centre Helpdesk on 020 3134 3808 Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (GMT) and your User ID will be re-set. Please note that you will be asked some security questions when you contact the Helpdesk.

 Are you encountering technical problems?

Should you still need assistance using the Client Centre, please contact the Client Centre Helpdesk on 020 3134 3808 Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (GMT).
