If you are encountering difficulty signing onto the Client Centre, please review
the following before contacting us.

Are you using the correct password? |
Please note password is NOT case sensitive - using lower or upper case letters
will not affect the password. If your password is incorrect, please check your
password and re-enter. If you have forgotten your password, you can request
your Memorable Phrase by clicking here .
Your chosen Memorable Phrase will be sent to your registered email address.

Are you using the correct User ID? |
Your User ID was issued to you when you applied for access to the Gerrard Client
Centre. This is a new User ID and should not be confused with any previous User
IDs used to access Gerrard systems, such as Gerrard Portfolio.
Please check that you have the correct User ID. If not you should contact
the Client Centre Helpdesk and your User ID will be sent to you by post.

Is your User ID Disabled? |
If an incorrect password has been entered 5 times, your User ID will be
disabled. You will need to contact the Client Centre Helpdesk and your User ID will
be re-set. Please note that you will be asked some security questions when you
contact the Helpdesk.

Are your encountering technical problems? |
Should
you still need assistance using the Gerrard Client Centre, please contact our
Client Centre Helpdesk on 020 7114 8950. The Helpdesk is available to answer
all your queries between 09:00 and 17:00, normal business days. Outside of
